Request KepoGo Account Deletion
An account owner can request deletion of a KepoGo account and its related business data. We verify each request to prevent deletion by an unauthorized person.
How to request deletion
- 1Send the request from the email address used for your KepoGo account.
- 2Include the business name and reason for the request so ownership can be verified.
- 3We will send a confirmation before permanent deletion is processed.
Data that may be retained
Some records may be retained when required for legal, tax, audit, security, billing, abuse-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes. Other data associated with the account will be deleted or anonymized under the applicable process.
