If you use product photos, payment QR images, barcode scanning, camera, attachments, or file uploads, related files and metadata may be processed and stored.

How Data Is Used

Data is used to provide app features, store business records, calculate reports, manage access rights, sync data, maintain security, process billing, provide support, and improve the service.

Product photos, receipts, logos, barcodes, QR images, and attachments may be processed to display them in the app, compress them, resize them, store them, and deliver them as needed for app features.

Storage and Security

Data is stored using third-party infrastructure services such as database, authentication, hosting, and file storage providers. We apply access controls and security policies to help protect your data.

Some data may be stored locally in the browser or device for offline features, image cache, and synchronization. Local data may be deleted if the browser, device, or cache is cleared.

No storage or transmission method is completely risk-free. You must also keep your account, PIN, devices, browser, and team access secure.

Device Permissions and Technical Data

Camera, barcode scanning, photo upload, and receipt sharing features are used only when you choose to use those features.

We do not sell your business data. Data may be processed by service providers that help run the app, such as database, authentication, hosting, file storage, payment, technical analytics, email, or other supporting services.

Team, Attendance, and Wage Records

If you use app user, attendance, task, or staff wage record features, team member data, schedules, check-in, check-out, attendance records, commissions, additions, and related information may be stored for business operations.

Business owners are responsible for informing team members if their data is recorded in KepoGo and ensuring that the data is used according to applicable rules.

Content You Upload

Files you upload, such as product photos, receipts, logos, QR images, barcodes, or other attachments, remain your responsibility. You must ensure that those files do not violate third-party rights or applicable law.

We may remove or limit access to files when needed for security, quota limits, terms violations, legal requests, or service protection.

User Rights and Control

Business owners can manage most data directly in the app, including users, branches, products, wallets, and some operational data.

For access, correction, export, account deletion, or specific data deletion requests, contact the KepoGo service administrator. Some data may be retained as needed for legal obligations, audit, security, billing, dispute resolution, or abuse prevention.

Data Transfer and Retention

Data may be processed or stored in regions where our infrastructure providers operate. By using the service, you understand that cross-region processing may occur.

We retain data while the account is active or as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, maintain security, process billing, prevent abuse, and resolve disputes.
