Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using KepoGo, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you use the app for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to manage that business data.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use KepoGo.

Service Provider

KepoGo is provided and operated by Nuvo Innovations. In these terms, “we” refers to KepoGo and/or Nuvo Innovations as the service provider.

KepoGo may be used to support business records and operations, but business decisions remain the responsibility of the user and business owner.

Service Functions

KepoGo helps small businesses record transactions, cashier activity, stock, purchases, sales, receivables, payables, cash and bank accounts, branches, reports, attendance, staff wage records, assets, tasks, product photos, attachments, and other supporting features.

We may add, change, limit, replace, or discontinue certain features to improve the service, maintain security, adjust plans, or meet technical and legal needs.

Plans, Payments, and Service Fees

KepoGo may provide free and paid plans. Features, quotas, storage capacity, number of users, branches, transactions, product photo uploads, attachments, and other features may differ based on the selected plan.

Paid plan fees are used to provide service access, data storage, file storage, server infrastructure, maintenance, security, support, and feature development. By choosing a paid plan, you agree to the fees, service period, quotas, and limits shown on the plan or billing page.

Prices, quotas, and plan features may be updated from time to time. Changes that affect paid plans will be communicated through the app, billing page, email, or available communication channels.

Cancellation and No-Refund Policy

You may stop using KepoGo or cancel a paid plan through the available mechanism. Cancellation stops the next renewal, but does not automatically delete business data or cancel fees for the current active service period.

Except where required by applicable law, payments already made are final and non-refundable. This includes plan fees, vouchers, add-ons, storage quotas, product photo upload features, attachments, and other service fees that have become active or have been used.

A refund may only be considered in cases of duplicate charges, proven billing errors, or paid services that cannot be provided due to a direct fault of KepoGo. Such requests will be reviewed based on transaction records, usage status, and applicable law.

Third-party fees, payment gateway fees, transfer fees, taxes, or other administrative charges not directly controlled by KepoGo may not be refundable.

User Content, Product Photos, and Attachments

If your plan supports uploading product photos, receipts, logos, barcodes, QR images, or other attachments, you are responsible for ensuring that those files are legal, accurate, safe, and that you have the right to upload and use them.

You must not upload files that infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy of other people, applicable law, or contain illegal, harmful, misleading, service-disrupting content, or content that violates third-party rights.

By uploading files to KepoGo, you grant KepoGo a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, process, display, resize, compress, temporarily back up, and deliver those files as needed to operate the app features.

KepoGo is not a permanent archive service for business files. You remain responsible for keeping backup copies of product photos, receipts, reports, and other important data needed for business operations or records.

We may limit, reject, remove, or disable access to files when needed for security, terms violations, quota limits, legal requests, service protection, or protection of third-party rights.

KepoGo Intellectual Property

KepoGo, its name, logo, design, interface, code, documentation, marketing materials, and other service elements are owned by Nuvo Innovations or relevant licensors, unless stated otherwise.

You do not obtain ownership rights in KepoGo. You only receive a limited right to use the service according to your plan, these terms, and the access granted to you.

You must not copy, resell, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, use KepoGo or Nuvo Innovations branding, or create derivative services from KepoGo without written permission.

Business data and files you enter remain owned by you or the lawful rights holder, but use of that data remains subject to these terms and the privacy policy.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, account security, plan selection, quota usage, uploaded data, and the activities of users you invite to your business.

You are responsible for ensuring that team members, admins, cashiers, accountants, or other parties with access use KepoGo according to their authority and your internal business rules.

You must not use KepoGo to store illegal data, misuse access, disrupt systems, attempt to access other business data, or violate applicable laws.

Prohibited Products, Services, and Activities

You must not use KepoGo to sell, offer, record, promote, manage, or facilitate products, services, transactions, or activities that violate the law, require special permits you do not have, infringe third-party rights, or conflict with these terms.

This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, illegal goods or services, counterfeit goods or intellectual property infringement, products that are prohibited or restricted from distribution, fraudulent activity, misleading transactions, privacy violations, unlawful services, and other activities that may harm consumers, KepoGo, Nuvo Innovations, or third parties.

If your business sells products or services regulated by permits, standards, certifications, labels, taxes, minimum age requirements, or other special rules, you are responsible for ensuring that all required permits and compliance obligations are met before using KepoGo to record or manage those activities.

KepoGo is not the seller, distributor, service provider, importer, manufacturer, or guarantor of the products and services you sell. All responsibility for products, services, prices, stock, promotions, permits, delivery, warranties, customer complaints, and legal compliance remains with the user or business owner.

We may restrict, suspend, disable accounts, remove content, or refuse use of the service if we find or suspect legal violations, service abuse, security risks, infringement of third-party rights, or activities that may create legal liability for KepoGo or Nuvo Innovations.

Financial, Stock, Wage, and Tax Data

Reports, stock, COGS, staff wage records, asset depreciation, and tax estimates in KepoGo are made to support business monitoring and bookkeeping. These features are not a substitute for official accounting, legal, employment, or tax advice.

You remain responsible for verification, reconciliation, backups, reporting, and payment of business obligations according to applicable regulations.

Consult an accountant, tax consultant, legal professional, or relevant authority if KepoGo data is used for official reporting, taxation, employment matters, audits, financing, or important business decisions.

Team Accounts and Access Rights

Business owners or admins can invite other users and configure access rights. Make sure access is granted only to authorized people.

KepoGo is not responsible for losses caused by improper access permissions, shared accounts, unsafe devices, or user negligence in keeping account credentials secure.

Service Availability and Interruptions

We try to keep KepoGo available and working well, but we do not promise or guarantee 100% uptime, any specific SLA, or a service that is always uninterrupted, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Interruptions may happen because of maintenance, system updates, bugs, internet connection, user devices, browsers, printers, payment gateways, hosting providers, database providers, file storage, networks, emergencies, or other matters outside our control.

Offline features are provided as a temporary aid and may depend on device, browser, storage capacity, cache, and synchronization when the connection becomes available again. Offline data may be lost if the device, browser, or cache is cleared.

We may perform maintenance, apply limits, or temporarily disable access when needed for security, stability, service updates, or user protection.

Third-Party Services

KepoGo may use or connect with third-party services such as database, authentication, hosting, file storage, payment gateway, email, technical analytics, QR, barcode, printer, or other services.

We do not control all third-party systems and are not responsible for interruptions, fees, policy changes, failures, or actions of third parties outside the direct control of KepoGo.

Backup and Data Export

KepoGo provides recordkeeping features and may provide export or download features, but KepoGo is not the only place where you should keep your business records.

You should review important data regularly, export data periodically, keep report copies, and maintain records needed for tax, audit, operations, or other business needs.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, KepoGo is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, fit every specific business need, or produce any particular business result.

KepoGo is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, lost business opportunities, reputational loss, data loss caused by user negligence, input errors, business decisions, pricing errors, stock errors, report errors, sync delays, internet issues, device issues, browser issues, printer issues, payment gateway issues, or third-party service interruptions.

You are responsible for reviewing important data, reconciling records, exporting reports, keeping backups, and ensuring that data used for business decisions, tax, accounting, employment, or official reporting has been verified.

If KepoGo is found liable for direct loss, then to the extent permitted by law, KepoGo maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount of service fees you paid to KepoGo for the related plan during the 1 month before the claim occurred.

This limitation does not apply to matters that cannot be limited under applicable law.

User Indemnity

You agree to release and protect KepoGo, Nuvo Innovations, operators, contractors, and service partners from claims, losses, costs, demands, or liabilities arising from data you enter, files you upload, use of the service by your team members, violation of these terms, infringement of third-party rights, or unlawful use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes apply after they are published on this page or after notice is provided through available channels.

By continuing to use KepoGo after changes apply, you are considered to have accepted the updated terms.
